A: If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, then you as the client have every right to complain. The best thing is to contact the salon and speak to the manager, tell them your reasons for being unhappy. Most salons will offer for you to come back to the salon to try and correct the issue, and if it is incorrect they will not usually charge for it to be corrected. If you do not feel happy to go back to the salon then always contact the salon by telephone or email to let them know your issues, so that they can still be addressed and not happen again. A salon will always do their best to rectify any problems or mistakes.
